We'd just finished a massive 25-day Tag-Along adventure across the Nullarbor and Southwest WA, so after a few days recovering in Ceduna, we decided to head to Streaky Bay for a few days of exploring.
What we discovered was a spectacular stretch of coastline that completely surprised us.
In this video we explore Streaky Bay and the surrounding coastline, including the town's historic walk, the giant white pointer at the Visitor Centre, Point Labatt and its seal colony, the incredible Murphy's Haystacks, and the Westall Loop with Tractor Beach, the Granites, Westall Point and Smooth Pool.
We also take on some pretty rough tracks, discover some amazing coastal scenery, enjoy a sunset dinner at Drift, and finish our adventure exploring the spectacular Cape Bauer coastline, including Whistling Rocks and Hallys Beach.
And, of course, there's a little bit of caravan life along the way — including one of Paul's famous home-cooked meals! 😂
If you're planning a trip to the Eyre Peninsula, Streaky Bay is definitely somewhere worth putting on the list.
