Okay, but I'm so used to seeing the first girl as the toxic theater kid, so seeing her play the exact opposite was insane. We need to see more non-toxic theater kid representation!

The non toxic theatre kid was the most wholesome thing I've ever seen

PSA: Saying you don’t like Hamilton just because it’s overrated or super popular doesn’t make you unique. It’s fine to not like it because it’s not your thing or whatever but I feel like that’s the only reason some people have

my mom was like "you haven't been getting any lead parts lately, and i've seen the kids that play the leads. They are always the one dressing up for auditions in costume, like the girl who was summer in school of rock dressed in a uniform. maybe you should do that" and i had to explain to her all the reasons why that was wrong because i knew she was thinking about forcing me to come in costume. but i won that argument. :)

at the last play I was in, about five months ago, one of the actors had to do four quick changes, each being ten seconds, all right after each other, I'm so happy I wasn't her, it seemed so stressful.

10:04 I was in a production of Newsies a couple years ago, and Spot and the Brooklyn newsies were all little kids and mostly girls. They were all amazing, but the kid playing Spot was spot-on!! She also was Gingy in Shrek a year later and slayed that role as well!

The legs in 1:25 killed me😭

“The captain is CAPTAINING” 😂😂😂

hairspray over Lion King? HARD disagree

7:48 BRO me as Miss Trunchbull be like! I loved that role but it was always me, and the wormwoods since characters like mrs Phelps or the acrobat were also school children. We just vibed and yelled the alto line lol! Also anyone thinking to join theatre, or audition… break a leg and have fun!!

4:27 as someone who’s doing legally blonde this is SO FUNNY and I have no idea why 😭💀😭😭😭😭😭

10:37 I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE!!!

4:41 now imagine this put the sound crew misses their cue so the lead has to do a solo a cappella. This happened in Mary Poppins in Spoonful of Sugar

Honestly, id love to do the Spongebob musical at my high school, but that would involve us having to do some kind of matinee for tons of elementary schoolers and it would just be tedious lol 😅 i thought we were gonna do it this year but we are doing Les Mis, which should be super cool ✨

I was a part of the Heathers group at 4:47 !!!! It's so cool seeing Veronica's quick change here

Those spongebob outfits were on fleeeeeeek!

7:56 I feel you I was in my schools play (the
Iion king kids) I was sarabi and a background hyena so I wasn’t in the circle of life, all of us were just mouthing the words and doing the choreo for it back stage 😂

6:45, this honestly makes me so happy as someone who played one of the Electric Skates in the SpongeBob musical I was in

ok but when i saw newsies, brooklyn was indeed all girls and it was honestly so girlboss

HOW DARE HE SKIP HADESTOWN AS A TRUE LOVER IM DEAD
