Pot roast recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
2 Ibs beef chuck roast
1 bag mini potato medley (I chopped them in half but you can leave them whole)
4-5 large carrots, chopped
4-5 celery stalks, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 cups beef broth
1 packet Pot Roast Seasoning
1/2 packet ranch seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place chuck roast, potatoes, chopped carrots, celery, and onion directly into the crockpot.
Add the entire Pot Roast seasoning packet and 1/2 packet of Ranch seasoning over the top.
Pour all 4 cups of beef broth over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred the tender beef directly in the pot, toss with the broth and veggies, and serve!
