RE 3 stated the oceans dried up but a boat is the major plot point of the following 2 movies 😂

The Detroit comment was not a mistake carlos was referring to the last time that he saw alice which was at the detroit umbrella facility that she escaped from after they all escaped raccoon city she supposedly died in a helicopter crash , but got cloned  see it wasn't a mistake

As much as I've always enjoyed this movie, I absolutely despise the rapid editing style.

Someone opens a car door and you get:
Outside shot of the handle moving,
Inside close up of hand on door handle,
Inside shot of their face,
Outside shot on the hood looking into the car,
Birds eye view of the car and surrounding area,
Outside shot rear of the car panning around to the door beginning to open,
Inside shot from their PoV,
Inside shot from a second person,
Outside shot of the car,
Inside shot of the character looking serious,
Inside dramatic shot of a look between two people,
Outside shot of the door still moving,
Outside shot of the car tyre in the sand,
Inside shot from the dashboard,
Outside shot of the door moving some more,
Inside shot of a gun being picked up,
Inside shot of the gun being checked for ammo,
Outside shot of the car,
Different outside shot of the car,
Birds eye view of the area around the car again,
Inside shot from the door's PoV of being opened,
Inside shot from character in the rear,
Outside shot of the door swinging open fully,
Inside shot of the door open fully,
Sweeping shot around the car ending in the door being opened fully,
Spinning 360 no scope shot of the door opening,
Inside shot of the characters,
Character moving to get out.
and about 400 other shots of them moving towards the door.

It all takes 3 minutes for someone to open a door, about 20,000 quick jump cuts, and me turning the movie off cos I have a headache now.

Even though these films stray far from the source material, these films are great. I grew up watching them. I was around 11 years old when the first movie came out and I watched it. Had no idea that Resident Evil was a franchise and lead me to the games I absolutely love. Played my first Resident Evil game on the Nintendo Wii as Leon Scott Kennedy and that’s my trauma lore story. ❤

This movie had potential but they did Carlos and LJ so dirty. They turned LJ into that one idiot who gets bitten, but doesn’t tell anybody and it literally comes back to bite them in the ass later on. And then Carlos, the badass from the previous movie is turned into the guy who’s forced to sacrifice himself in the third act

Anyone else peep the dogs tails wagging.  😂❤

I thought the rat was on purpose it made good camera work

Fact17:RE4 is full of locations and adventures — villages, castles, islands, a thousand boss fights and supporting characters!
In a two-hour movie, you can only show a small part of this journey, and even that is half-hearted
So I understand why they focused on their own story

The actor who was the original Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat is in this movie. He was the dude in the cowboy hat

The highway had a lot of cars in the background going to Alaska lol😂😂😂

Wtf do you meant detroit was a miatake? Thats where they picked her up at the end of apocalypse.

The Tyrant in this movie is actually based off T 091, a experimental t 103

Fact number 1: this movie EXISTED.

Why did LJ survive for so many hours? I think it was even a day after being bitten, when, according to the previous movies, someone bitten by a zombie would take between two and three hours to turn. And then, in the same movie, Carlos turns very quickly—it makes no sense.

I’m 29 years old, back when I was basically a baby still, my dad had played code Veronica on ps2, never payed much attention but I remember seeing him play and the camera angles and how the character would stare at something in the floor, I had a crush on the character on the cover lol, fast forward years later, someone I knew would play re4 and I would sit and watch and thought how cool the game was and eventually I got ahold of his copy for myself, and started playing from there, then onto re5 and re6 and the disappointing operation raccoon city, I never once had any issues with the movies not being canon, aside from the animated ones, I think it’s because I grew up with the movies before I even got to actually play the games

Extinction set the tone for the last film, which is probably my favourite. despite being a fan of the game yes, i played all the originals and all the new ones too when they release, but i like the films because they went there own way.

They got the whole thing so wrong. I watched all of them and enjoyed them somewhat but they were so incorrect from the very start. Even the welcome to raccoon city and whatever that Netflix series was meant to be, they’ve always messed it up / gone way off track.

The Crow SkyBurn is the only best scene in the movie

Wait, i just realised it was an error that carlos mention detroit instead of RC? At the end of Apocalypse, Alice ends up in Umb facility somewhere in Detroit, not RC since the city is nuked at the end.

Paul W S Anderson making these videos himself lmao
