As a combat sports athlete (Muay Thai) I’m curious, how you would go about programming for all of the different qualities needed for the sport, especially in regards to fight prep and peaking for competition. Some insights or a video on this would be great!
Minimum effective dose is usually the right strategy because approaching the 80%+ compliance and results is mainly just data manipulation or diminishing returns.

If I'm not mistaken, it sounds like a long concurrent periodization. How often do you rotate exercises? With your approach, how would you go about peaking?
What are your thoughts on long conjugate sequence system?
At the end what matters most is PO, the one metric that tells you that youve improved or not. How you get there, that depends on the person and there goals. But same approach here with my clients!
