I actually don't have any models in my pile of shame.  I am very poor so I assemble and paint every single thing I get.  So:  0.

The most impressive thing to me is that you know exactly what models they are by looking at the sprue

he made this video for himself to remember what he put in these boxes 😂😂😂

I could be wrong, but I have a feeling this guy really likes warhammer

oh and edit: 3 boxes. Just started 😀

real quick - NOBODY wants to snip bits and put them in those jewelry boxes. However, if you think about the system you opted for, You will have to find the right box of bit, then pull ALL of the sprues out, then scan each sprue HOPING you have 1 left arm remaining.  I feel like the time snipping and organizing would be worth it to avoid painful searches later, also the bits you snip don't technically need to be cleaned up, so if a bit of sprue is left on a leg you will never use, nobody cares.

I think you need to have a snipping party with your friends. Get a couple buddies over, beers, pizza, put on some starwars and start snipping.

Or do what you're doing. Mine all remain in a box on the sprue until I care enough to look at them.

Anyways, love you. You are constantly motivating me. Thank you.

At 24:05 your tray of Kroot moves. This is actually scary hahaha

I have 263 models in my collection. A somewhat viable Admech army and a bunch of Kill teams. Nothing compared to some of you guys, some of you are mental.

One bedroom apartment. With 621 models needing loving.... ya I know I have an issue. 😅

Only been in the hobby a few weeks so my "pile of shame" is just a dark angels combat patrol and a single ratling.

I would love to see videos of you working your way through your pile of shame, especially some of the older and more rare models!

1:20 When I did this for fantasy figures I guessed 200 - it turned out to be over a 1000.

Your video emboldened me to catalog my pile of shame. I thought "well, I can't possibly have that many minis, I just finished building a flesh eater courts army." 231. I have 123 on sprue and 108 in various stages of assembly and painting. I feel like I'm on one of those horder shows, standing in a huge pile of magazines and pizza boxes, and am like, what do you mean I have too much stuff? Of course, this means I am going to enter the Skaventide box contest you're running and get even more minis I don't have time to paint!

I have 89 models in my pile of shame, all Kroot models because I loved the new box and wanted to go hard on Kroot and rampagers and farstalkers too

Wow I’ve never been so excited to watch a video 29seconds after upload!

12 minis in my pile of shame cause I'm new to the hobby and painting my Xmas haul

ive got like 80 marines and a few vehicles sitting around my pile of shame, they're all super old 3rd edition stuff that is older than me and hasn't seen the light of day

My Pile of shame..... i actually didnt finished all my armies so around 800 could be possible.

I just started getting into warhammer so I don’t have that many. A total of 19 models in mine.

This past year I have whittled my pile of opportunity down to 1 furioso dreadnaught, 1 box of grey knight strike squad and 1 box of cataphractii terminators left to build. Still Have about 40 models to finish painting for my armies. Feel accomplished this year!
