Kendall, Cody was my nephew, I am the mother of his cousin Derek, part of the San Jose CA family.  I hope this message finds you because it is sent with my sincerest  gratitude.  I want you and all of your subscribers to know that everything you presented is true and correct and as difficult as it was, I watched the entire post because you have a way about you as you speak, such care and authenticity, thank you for honoring Cory's memory.  I will say that when I received the call late Monday morning after his "disappearance", my immediate comment to family was that she (Jordan) was behind it, it was completely and totally premeditated and I can assure you that Cody did not have a mean, violent bone in his body and 30 years was indeed very disappointing, I will not comment here as to what I wished for her fate.  I thank you for so eloquently honoring his  memory.

So she didn’t want a divorce because she was a church going woman but murder is ok? Seems legit. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm sorry but I have to laugh at her thinking an email saying "stop the search, Cody is for sure gone" would cause the police to say "alright let's pack it up boys, case closed"

"I wish someone would have stood up and asked me what I wanted" ma'am you are in control of your life and your decisions, don't put that on anyone but yourself ✋

The lyrics "safe place to fall" "climb higher" and "never let me go" from their wedding song really hit different when you learn she pushed him off a cliff

She didn't want to break Cody's heart, but felt ok with killing him. What a "true" Christian.

“If I told him how I really felt it’ll break his heart”
*kills him instead*

I don't believe that Cody was even violent or aggressive with her. She is a stone cold killer

Just remember: it's much easier to have one difficult conversation with someone and break up with them than it is to be investigated, have to go through trial, then get sentenced to prison for 30 years. That's a lot to avoid one conversation.

“I can’t get divorced! God hates divorce! I’ll be a murderer instead. Surely that’ll keep me on His nice list.” 🤨🤨🧐🧐🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

i can't even verbally explain how stupid it is to just straight up drive up there and be like "oh there's my dead husband" with no emotion

I find it insane that she only got 30 years for this. It was premeditated and the details are disturbing. People get 30 years for way less.

She had been with him for two years before their marriage, said YES to his proposal, and then had the audacity to say “no one asked her what she wanted!”

So she married a guy cause she wanted a wedding but killed him so she didn't have to sleep with him? That's one of the most psychotic things I've heard in a while

I love how when Kendall is describing the victim it seems like she actually knew the person. Like it’s always said so thoughtfully. I’m sure the families really appreciate you going above and beyond to find out those little details about the victim. Love you Kendall!

From what you have said about Cody it sounds like if she had just been honest and sat down with him and explained her fears about sex he would have been really patient with her . He sounds like the man we all hope to find and she had him and she killed him . Rip Cody you deserved so much better

"she was like a scared rabbit"  Kendall:  " I have four rabbits and none of them murder"
I snorted 🤣 🤣

I watch too much true crime to trust anybody up on a cliff like that.

The fact that she would've rather killed her husband than just get a divorce is both really twisted and really sad. People can forgive you for getting a divorce. They don't always forgive you for literally murdering someone.

The crazy thing is, she committed the perfect murder... he never would have been found based on how hard it was to even confirm his body was there. It was her bizarre behavior that caught her. I think, aside from being cold and a killer, that she is insanely immature to think she can just make her problems go away by sending an email saying Cody was dead and then pretending to find him. What a tragedy for Cody and his family. She never should have been in a relationship with anyone much less been allowed to get married.
