That expansion tank should be full when the engine is running, it should never be as low as it was showing.  Run the car and while it is running top up the expansion tank to the top and make sure it stays at the top (Filled up) while its running eventually it will warm up, by the looks of your expansion tank its emptying which is dragging in air. causing a lock.

Next time get a grinder and put a little slit on the screw head and then use a flat head to take them out 👍🏼also id put the filter intake pipe under the filter or wen it rains the filter would get soaked
