Today, I went to ‘Chōto-tei’, a Western-style restaurant in Ebara-chō.

The owner, Mr Iwasaki, moved to Tokyo from Kyushu to set up his shop, and
I felt that, despite her gentle demeanour, she was a person with incredible vitality and drive.

As there are so many aspects of Mr Iwakaki’s character and charm that cannot be fully conveyed in a video,
Please do pop into the shop sometime.
