Mortal Kombat 3 came out the same year as the first movie, but they aren't related. MK3 was not met with super positive reviews due to its roster, and it would later get a revision with Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. But for this video, I just cover Mortal Kombat 3.

I miss how cool Mortal Kombat was in the 90s

The first time I saw MK3 Sub-Zero, I was 14 or so when the game was new in arcades, and I thought he looked exactly like Henry Rollins.

I’m convinced Ed Boon was drunk and accidentally pressed delete on scorpion.

10:12 Motaro actually does have a very subtle tell when he's about to grab you. It's when he has blue in his life bar

the psychological damage inflicted by those first Motaro fights are going to leave a permanent scar lol.

It's like if the legend himself gstar321 had a son who grew up and decided to play MK3. brings a tear to my eye

I fucking knew there'd be Motaro rage early on lmfao.

I would love to see how you fare against the final boss of Eternal Champions on the Sega Genesis.

That stun lock sequence @11:08 fucking hell, makes you wanna kick the tv 😂😂😂😂

Sub zero looked like David Hasselhoff to me

The strategy for Motoro is to not jump in. Only kick while jumping backwards when he approaches you and run in for combos quickly while he's stunned.

Stryker reminded me of the mailman from Next Friday.😂

"I dont jump for joy for cyrax" Well Sheeva sure as fuck did

😂😂😂 I felt that rage as it built up. That was literally me back in the day. I'm glad somebody else got as pissed. It's hilarious when it's not you. I'm glad you played through with multiple characters.

Hearing you rage is so cathartic haha. I had the collection on ps2 and one time i raged so hard at shao khan that i ripped the disc in half

I grew up in a tiny rural town 75% made up of sod farms and horse farms. There was a tiny tiny tiny ice cream shop near the post office that had a neo geo cabinet and the original mk. It was a huge deal when they got the mk3u cabinet. The coolest kid in town was Rick who could beat mk3 and play the compilations of finishers!

Motaro in MK3 is what Twin Headed Thunder Dragon is to Forbidden Memories: absolutely no way to avoid them 😂

Shao Khan 'makes me laugh' because despite that getting smashed over the head with a sledgehammer would send you ragdolling into the ground, your character instead does a Looney Tunes dizzy pose while screaming at the top of their lungs 😂 ...and that a**hole can just chain Hammer Bonks infinitely and kill you fast!

Also loved Brutalities and Fatalities that made the loser explode into 9 skeletons worth of bones
