its an icosahedron btw

hey! it's me, the author. this is awesome, I appreciate the extra analysis and effects. I do put a lot of effort into making the scrolling impactful so it's always very gratifying to hear it's working. thank you and well done!

Something you didn’t point out is the art style itself! The art style is clean, perfect, and only one stroke. When they are front facing, it’s like they’re using the symmetry tool. Even the art is ‘perfect’ to a certain extent.

“In our town, in our town
We don’t have to wait
To find out that our destiny
Is just to emulate”

Everything was fine, until the HOA nation attacked.

As someone who has read majority of the series, you should 100% cover the next volume because there’s a pretty big twist from what I remember

TBF, considering kids calle to say goodbye before things went full bonkers and they even recieved their masks, Id argue the first thing you have to give up isnt your individualty or speech, but your child

Having autism in this town would be a nightmare 😔💔

There was a part that was missed in this video that gives me nightmares. Just before Winton's body is found, Sam says, something along the lines of: "Winston hasn't eaten in days, maybe I should take him to the vet." while taking out the garbage. Though there is one part of this that is highlighted, rat poison that is being tossed into the bag. The bag is set outside and we see someone outside looking in, watching them eat. The guy has a tattered mask, you can see parts of his actual face. His clothing is really torn up and he goes and eats the rat poisoned dog food. The first time I read this, it gave me nightmares.

We Happy Few without drugs

There is no war in Ba Sing Se.

spoiler warning

watching this after part two 7:10 feels like massive foreshadowing, they’re playing the states game for the slim chance to see their daughter but they never will

my personal theory is that all the videos of the children dying are prerecorded, the state never intended to give anyone their children back

If it’s a crime to be unhappy why don’t you be unjoyful 🤔🤔🤔

Officer Tom looks like the type of Cat that would turn off his body cam before committing an arrest and definitely call it an “accident”😅🐱😂

Still can't understand why Webtoons chose to advertise their app with softcore corn. What got me into it was this series (though I left and forgot about it when creator of that comic went for a hiatus after 1st or 2nd chapter). Haven't read it since somewhere in the middle of chapter 2, but finally this series is getting some recognition

I think the single red dot is either, But I'm siding on number one because of the odd green goo for the most party
1: The mask itself giving a warning before it contacts the authority
2: someone is listening on them within the mask or the cameras outside

What Alan planned in that one Amazing World of Gumball one episode:

Surprised no one in the comments have brought up we happy few, that game also has a very similar premise to this story, super interesting to see this concept handled in different but at the same time such similar ways.

Peak passive aggressiveness bro

39:10 I cant even begin to tell you how much my jaw DROPPED seeing how Sam and Maggie really hit the shot-clock buzzer beater of their LIVES😮
