I’ve come to realize that you can’t go into any job position and show your strengths. These companies and people of people of management abuse that strength(s). It’s actually sick

I’m five minutes in and I can’t help but to be amazed by the background. It looks so nice and sunny outside. I’m in the Midwest where it’s gray and ugly 😂

It sucks so bad when you start a new job and they are like oh yeah we are implementing new things and the old people are gonna be mad at you when you try to change stuff , and then at the end of the day the people who told they are implementing new 💩 are the problem.. they used you as a way out of their jobs . F THAT I’d be livid

It's a shame. You would think since the pandemic happened, businesses would finally realize how to treat their employees. People are skipping out on these jobs left and right because they have so many options now. You don't have to put up with that.

Omg. I've worked for caregiving agencies with similar insane bullshit. I would tell people that I thought I was on a game show to see how much shit I'd put up with. Unfortunately it was just real life and people are genuinely weird as fuck lol

Girl. When i was working retail, i legit just never showed up for my shift. I was a college student, and this grocery place was not it. I was so drained and depressed. 😂😂 now, i can't even show my face at that grocery store.
