Biggest thing that sucks about working with emotionally immature people. EVEN if u think they can’t say u did anything wrong they will TWIST situations to fit them being the victim.

Still get that last check! And if they refuse contact the department of labor.

After getting laid off in August, I don’t ever want to speak to the toxic people, especially the ones who caused the layoffs

Ngl I forgot there was another part. You’ve been through ENOUGH😭😭

Why don’t they train the stylists to check their clients out just in case smh they are a hot messss

Love how your background is always cozy gloomy weather

43:51 don’t spare her, girl 🫖 😂

I’m so glad I waited and did every video in one day but now I’m like girl what happened to the follow up video 😢😢😢😢. F them and I’m glad you stood up for yourself and left AND also keep your grind going because who they thought they were stopping?????

So, one thing to consider in situations like this is:  A person who leaves an abusive relationship as soon as the verbal abuse turns physical may be really shocked to find that the next person stayed until the physical abuse ended them up in the hospital, but the person who cut things off the first month dating because they saw red flags is wondering why person #1 stayed as long as they did.
So, just as Angelica's "how long" is too long to make sense to you, your "how long" is too long to make sense to other people. By that I mean that some people would not have stayed even as long as you did. You have specific ideals, personality traits, experiences, goals and needs which led you to stick things out for a little while and rationalize working for someone who was dishonest, egocentric, inauthentic and greedy, and who also really seemed not to care too much for relationship that didn't benefit her. The same is true for Angelica, although I believe that she really does vacillate between leaving or sticking with it. I wouldn't be surprised if Freeyonce used the management position for her "gas stations" to string Angelica along, and to give the illusion that Angelica's hard work and loyalty was paying off. I mean, sorry for her, 🙏she chooses the path of ✌and righteousness✊.
The great news?? You learned this valuable lesson and you extricated yourself very quickly. Crummy people are out there, and I know that this was painful and just....very disappointing - but the lesson could have been a lot harder - and I'm so glad that it wasn't for you, and that they didn't play with your money (they didn't right??)
Finally: Ma'am, you had me out here making private-eye level use of the sparse and few concrete facts that you provided during this retelling of events.
