This gives the vibe of 8 year old girls  playing pretend and one of them starts making up random unnecessary rules to follow.

if someone acted like that at a restaurant (no eye contact, no speaking to anyone) i’d assume they were in a dangerous situation

It’s giving y/n and her mafia boss😭😭

If I were working at that restaurant, I would 100% think she was being abused

I work in the hotel industry. We just had a course on Human Trafficking. This tracks for a lot of the symptoms to look out for

My arm chair psychologist diagnoses are 1) submission kink 2) superiority complex 3) eating disorder

I don’t understand why she’s on social media talking to strangers when she doesn’t talk to people irl?  She’s literally contradicting her own philosophy by posting it online 😭

tbh watching the sad boys episode on this just really has made me see this as “kink thing people don’t want to label as kink because they think they’re above that label” 😭

people in SALT LAKE think you’re in an oppressive relationship???? irretrievably cooked

she could seriously hold seminars on how to carry the energy of a nervous goose

The weird thing is that when you get training about  identifying human trafficking, her behavior ( no eye contact, no talking to people if they ask you a question) is a red flag. One of the big ones actually.

Person: “Hi how are you!”
Her: “Sorry you’ll have to ask my husband”

She's not refusing to talk to the hostess because she can't or it's about his masculinity. It's giving "I don't talk to the help." She absolutely thinks she's above people. I've had to wait on couples like this so many times over the years. These women are insufferable. "Would you like still or sparkling water?" looks at husband And then they tip next to nothing. It's exhausting.

It’s performative infantilisation of women. She says she won’t talk to a waiter so her husband can “lead” but goes online to talk to millions. Says feminine women shouldn’t over speak and have people looking at her but has a channel where all she does is talk to the camera so people can look at her. Says she’s a stay at home mom/homemaker/traditional wife, whilst not acknowledging she works as an online creator.
Either it’s fake or she hasn’t thought this through

I don't think he'd feel less masculine if she would interact with the waiters. I think SHE would view him as less masculine if he didn't do all that "for her." If there were those true boundaries in the relationship, I'd doubt that he'd leave her in the restaurant and go park the car. She wants to create the relationship of him being this domineering controller, but instead she is limiting her interactions with others HERSELF.

I was a hostess at a restaurant when I first started college. If I saw a woman not talking to anyone, not looking at anyone, and not even ordering their own food, I'd think it was a domestic situation. Especially if theyre barely interacting and not even laughing

I have to disagree lol she totally gives me "I think I'm better than you" vibes. It gives "these are the rules of PROPER society, but you wouldn't understand" lol

In public transportation this would set off so many red flags. Trains and planes have so many notices about the sings of human trafficking (no eye contact, him talking for her, him deciding her food and everything else). Makes you think about how many cases we miss.

Her body language is like that bc she's body checking. She has an eating disorder. She's trying to make herself look as small as possible by popping out her collar bones and straining her neck forward. Obviously i dont know her and could be wrong, but as someone who has struggled with ED's for years, this is exactly what body checking looks like.

"Letting your husband lead" by never interacting with the outside world again is *WILD*
