Until she shows her smiling face I won’t believe she’s alive and well. Social media accounts are hacked everyday.

The dude with trespassing charges can't leave but the sexual assault dude is good to go?

@LawRNTx 3 years ago

I don’t buy it. Who makes a point to say “I’m not missing” yet no contact with children. I’m skeptical. This is nada proof

ARE YOU SURE THIS IS REAL??? I STILL DO NOT FEEL RIGHT IN MY HEART ABOUT THIS

@davidjones2870 3 years ago

That Facebook post was right after she disappeared. Debbie Davis mentioned it at the first hearing. Whoever has her phone could easily have posted it. Presumably the cops know where her phone is by now so an update should be coming soon.

A facebook post proves nothing. Until she is face to face with investigators nothing is resolved.

I know he's upset about his brother, I feel for him, I do, but damn, it's always the judge, the cops, everyone's else's fault and never ever the fault of the person. Stop blaming everyone else and take accountability! Lord!

@csnipper524 3 years ago

If we're trying to convince people justice is blind, the trespass cases were a bad example. Apparently, even if she is blind, she holds grudges.

Thanks for the update, but I do not trust it until she has officially been sighted by those handling the case.

@TheWorldsEnd66 3 years ago

They need to have sight of her really. I’ll be glad for her and children if all safe and well. Thanks for the update 🙏

I want to believe she is okay but a part of me wants to actually see her before I can believe she is okay. It’s sad that is the kind of world we live in today 😔 love some Knox County!!

This is why we need different people to deal with people that have mental issues because they don't always belong in jail

That Facebook post doesn't make me feel ANY better! It infact makes me MORE uneasy! Maybe I just watch too much true crime stuff, but I have seen that same scenario many times where a missing person suddenly conveniently pops in on FB to say, "I'm fine every one! No big deal, every one can stop searching, I'm alllll good. I also no longer speak on telephones and I have no desire to ever see anyone in person again."

@sherricopeland6393 3 years ago

Lawyers that say (um) every other word drives me nuts

@cecilialowe2735 3 years ago

"Work for you" = I work and pay tax which pays for you (a public servant)

@Crystalsgarden 3 years ago

I hope the post is really her. That would be wonderful. But like everyone else here I'll believe it when she I'd seen in person. I'd rather have her needing to explain herself than the other option.

@tiffanymarie9750 3 years ago

I hope that second guy does get help he needs; jail/prison isn't where the mentally ill should be, especially for non-violent crimes.

@nikit0r 3 years ago

There’s a post from a family member (or friend) of hers from 23 hrs ago that says she’s missing and nobody has heard from her. I’m a lot less inclined to believe a single FB post from “her” saying she’s okay..sadly :(

I really hope she is okay, and I hope we hear good news soon. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@patscats2080 3 years ago (edited)

I’m afraid I don’t believe it. She doesn’t have her car or phone and her dad and mother haven’t heard from her. I’m hoping she is ok. I like Judge Wheeler. (p.s. 80k!!! Awesome. You’re the best.)

I find your attitude toward those with mental health issues calloused and cruel. The mentally ill are prone to break the law because there is no one to help them, to treat them, to provide for them. If they are obviously ill, they should not be jailed for non-violent offenses and should be provided proper healthcare, not made fun of.
