The judge is greatly exceeding her authority. Chick fil a is a constitutional right when you're travelling in your private road boat.

These are the cases that piss me off because it undermines real abuse. I'm sick of couples claiming abuse to win their divorce proceedings.

I swear when judge manning answered her door I was expecting that jerk witness Mr. Taylor.

@QueenDesire1 3 years ago

Why is it that the Judge askes a DIRECT question and YET people answer something TOTALLY different?? hahaha

@temmujin 3 years ago

Judge Manning lost 3 years of her lifespan due to the stress of dealing with this case!

"He who represents himself has a fool for a client." - Probably an attorney (but they are right...)

She didn't produce any evidence that he was physical or that she was physical but she wants to bring in her son to testify that his father kicked in the door ? Then to testify that that his father beat his mother ? This is all wrong and the only people suffering are their children??????

Judge Manning is Master of her domain.

@aliciabarnett4029 3 years ago

Did he just tilt his phone to show the ground when she asked him to lay some foundation?🤣 That might be the most literal interpretation of the word foundation I have ever heard

@candypowell4334 3 years ago

You can tell that Mr. Taylor is lying and hes probably been paid off to give his testimony from the guy.

I’m losing brain cells by the minute.

Thirty-seven years sleeping next to each other, never a problem!

The purpose of the TPO (on either side) was to claim the house until the divorce is final. She wanted him out, and he wanted to stay there. That much is obvious. I just hope they were ordered to sell the house and split whatever equity remained. It's the only fair way to settle it.

Mr Mallard is an example of what happens when a dabbler tries to dive in. He'll just flash his butt to God and everyone, get his feathers all ruffled, be left with the bill, and look all wet. He should learn how to let things slide off his back more.

The real abuse victims here are the English language and proper grammar😂 I 💀 when she was reading his texts, she was struggling in those weeds. 😂 One the lawyer's closing, he put his two cents in, and she just rolled with it.. he was SO bitter at that 😂

Good lord Charles as such poor self control. That 13yr old child is the one being punished really.

@MR1964HJM 3 years ago

No chik filets?! That's cruel and unusual.😧

Judge Manning has the patience of a saint! 😂😂 And is always his side, her side, and the truth! I think they both trying to be childish and i think they both are not being fully truthful.

He was just so argumentative and posed sexual questions that were targeted at embarrasing his soon to be ex-wife. He is too fired up and angry. They should have no contact.
