Your videos showed up in my feed for some reason so I’ve been watching them. I’m amazed at how clean everything is there. I’ve looked close in all that I’ve seen so far and have never seen any trash anywhere. Not even a gum wrapper. The people in the US need to take some lessons. Very enjoyable videos. Thanks

The moment I saw you captioned “Discipline.” I knew the cookies would be eaten before dinner.😄

My husband and I did the reverse journey from Shinmoji to Osaka in May 2018. We stayed in a dorm.
We love travelling by overnight ferry in Japan. We are from Malaysia and find ferry journeys in Japan convenient and a great way to combine transport and overnight accommodation. We always opt for overnight ferries if fits with our travel plans.
We did another long ferry journey from Maizuru to  Otaru in October 2019. Our  latest ferry journey was in June this year from Toyo Port in Ehime Prefecture to Osaka Nanko Port.
I recall that the ferry from Shinmoji to Osaka was the liveliest. Most other ferries had fewer passengers.
