his constant straw man defense of “gUyS aPPArentLY I cAn cLoNe mYseLf” is infuriating to listen to lmao

Him saying you're purposefully misgendering him while you're sticking up for a trans-woman being misgendered, which is something Ribbon fabricated, is actually insane.

hi danky, i am a trans man who presents very fem. i respect your response here alot because its very cut and dry, i often deal with people who genuinely get upset when i correct them for misgendering me and drag it out for a while when in reality alot of us trans men prefer a “oops im sorry” and then you use the correct pronouns which is exactly what you did you. thank you!

Pretending to not be able to pronounce ‘kyjabo’ is very much giving micro aggression but that’s just me

Your name is Danky Jabo and no one is changing my opinion

oh god anime ribbon sounds like he was on 2014 tumblr and never grew out of it. “i’m a disabled veteran with an autism diagnosis” has literally nothing to do with any of this shit😭

"I'm not AI".....exactly what an ai would say....Veeerrryyyy suspicious

Its killing me how he keeps throwing his military service around. Setting aside the current social climate around powers in authority, etc, in America, nothing Screams 'i only think about America in a bubble and think the rest of the world is operative on American standards' than expecting an Egyptian AI who resides in Scotland to bow down with respect to US military service. So ridiculous

In the kindest way possible, his response is very manic. Like, completely unhinged and manic. I hope that he gets the help that he needs.

The way he was upset at you for misgendering him but he continues to misgender Lilly over and over on purpose is just crazy

Lying is shitty but doing it badly and then trying to defend yourself is arguably worse

As a trans man with a speech impediment (Porky Pig life :') ) myself, misgendering happens even with people trying to pass and Anime Ribbon gives me the vibe of somebody who presents fem just to start drama. Not only that, but there are no pronouns on his Youtube account (animeribbonfairy) plus it's a "stereotypically female" handle, AND they have adult content that refers to themselves as "mistress."

I don't use TikTok period so I can't check if the pronouns are on the mobile version. Surely if this was an issue that he's sensitive about, he'd post his pronouns everywhere? The fact that his current TikTok bio is "Away for now for grief, having 2 people help run my account and post drafts" feels very sympathy-baity. A lot of cis people put their pronouns everywhere, it's not going to clock you.

He keeps grabbing at any excuse to discredit you, including that dumb "apparently I cloned myself!!!" shit. Fam, Daijoubu is accusing you  of faking the audio, you can talk to yourself alone in a room without the use of a cloning machine, why be so extra, just post evidence that it's real, if it IS real?

Ribbon's filter that puts false eyelashes on transferring to Danky at 35:02 cracked me tf up, oh my god-

Ribbon has no room to accuse anyone of misgendering him. He purposefully misgenders people he deems as enemies all the time. During his ridiculous Katsucon lie, he misgendered another creator who came out against them. People called him out and he doubled down on it saying it’s ok to misgender them for whatever stupid reason (basically that they were speaking against him).

Genuinely, your content has made me think more about not believing everything I hear on the internet. I’m pretty naive by nature, but you’ve made me think a lot about how mobs of hate work and how I shouldn’t just go along with one because I dislike someone.

As a trans man, I would have never assumed him to not recognize as female and she/her pronouns. You are not the problem he is.

21:18 as a transmasc, I think your explanation is valid. Not seeing the pronouns on Ribbons (not sure if he has it with one B or two) platform is okay and explainable. It's important that you corrected yourself in the stream and now. I love your content, please don't let your hair become a bird nest <3

(5:56) I straight up thought you just had a silly username and I been calling you Danky for MONTHS Hahahaha Danky Jabo (dank-ee jah-bo)

As a trans man you are by far the most respectful youtuber when it comes to people apart of the lgbtq+ community. Quite a lot of youtubers are just blatantly transphobic when talking about Lily Tino, and it genuinely upsets me so you are a HUGE breath of fresh air.

Also I agree with you, Ribbon does not necessarily pass so I can see why you would accidentally misgender them, that does not make you an asshole just human

I fully believe that using someones incorrect pronoun on purpose for any reason is transphobia. Its disgusting to take someones basic rights away because "shes a bad person". Then accuse someone of purposefully calling you by the wrong Pronouns.
