Wow!!!!!! Thank you!

Wow! Totally awesome idea! I found a box full of those where I thrift and purchased them. Gonna try your idea!❤

You can also use tombo glue, let it dry, don’t touch it, then when it’s dry, it’s repositionable.

Nice idea, or you can put a thin layer of Tombow Mono Multi glue and let it dry completely.

Everyone in the comments are so nice making excuses for a company that charges the earth selling not fit for purpose products, then charging again to rectify the product.  You have all taught me to have more grace.

COMMENT / COMPLIMENT:  V E R Y  CLEVER  Solution, Betts, especially for those stamps gifted to the Library.   Newbies, who may just be getting started with stamping, truly do not need the frustration of figuring out how to "make 'em work"!    But for those of us who'd really rather not spend the time to make  E A C H  stamp sticky-backed, it might work to just apply a thin silicone sheet to the door of our stamping gizmos, or to our stamping blocks.  Just a thought ...

I just used Aileen’s Tack it Over and Over.

Thank you. Easy, economical and readily available.

Thank you.. That not only solves the issue of the less than sticky backing when this company first entered the blockless market, but also for any kind of stamp that doesn’t stick. I really do prefer red rubber and wish they had not changed. I’m simply too hard handed for most of the polymer stamps. However, I took all of my wooden blocks off the stamps then I peeled the labels that were on the front of the blocks off and painstakingly put them on the back and trim them. So none of those stick either. I didn’t want to use wet adhesive and dry to tacky like lots of people do. So I’ve just been putting removable adhesive on the stamps, but I had to keep cleaning my blocks. This seems like it would leave minimal to no residue on the blocks. I think I’m going to start adopting this as I use those old sets. Thank you so much for sharing!

Thank you, thank you.  This is a great solution!

Great idea. Also, sometimes just washing the back off with warm water and a soft toothbrush and then letting air dry restores stickiness.  The sticky part gets coated with dust and paper fibers and stops sticking.

Great idea.  👍. Not only the solution for the older tamps, but I would never have thought that you couldd find old sets in a thrift shop.  There are retired sets that I've seen that I wish I had.  So, I a going to ask my sister who is an avid thrifter to watch for them.  😉

Awesome tip. I’ve subscribed & liked. Thank you. ❤

I own tons of stamps, inherited a whole lot. I always experienced that people stick their clear and cling stamps directly to the box. However this triggers a chemical reaction, the case begins to warp, the cling stamps use their stickiness, the clear stamps often stick to the case while turning milky. Therefore keep them on acrylic foil. Depending in the age and condition of the cling pad I replace it with fresh EZ-Mount. A  little spritz of 3M Mount adhesive spray does the trick also. Happy stamping

Awesome idea! I have used tacky glue in the past, but this seems much cleaner and easier!❤️

Clever...

Thanks for this great tip!!!!!

That’s awesome!! TFS!

❤️🤯❤️ That's brilliant !

Thank you so much for this great tip!
