this is great man

dude busts out full blown Illustrations in perspective without even a SKETCH

The fact that you can draw characters so well without guides is super impressive. Nailing the perspectives and everything. Just poopin out figures with life in them

this boi b using anatomy 360 for his reference without tellin people how awesome a resource it is smh

Perspective is one of the best skills anyone should have.

I’m determined to learn how to draw characters in perspective. I’m going to be honest, the majority of this video went completely over my head. I felt pretty stupid whilst I was watching it but it’s made me realise that I need to slow down and focus on putting simple shapes into perspective and understanding how perspective actually works from a fundamental point of view before I even begin to think about putting entire figures in extreme perspectives. Thank you for the video and high quality information! Definitely subscribing!

this is so amazing and disheartening at the same time. I gotta big moooofooooo mountain to climb

unbelievable how little lines he needs to give his characters so much personality and expression  and besides perfect propations  xD

The amount of mileage and hours it takes to be able to construct figures without even laying them out.. Incredible. So glad I found your channel, man. Huge respect.

i get depressed when i'm watching his videos.he's just awesome.

You're becoming a GI

This guide goes so deep i can't claim to be virgin anymore

Wow, one step away from the master Kim Jung Gi :) aparently that's exactly how he draws- imagine himself as a camera in a scene and applying perspective to every object. Great video, thanks so much!

Rewatched this several times before, now it totally makes more sense to me!  Sometimes I still struggle on what kind of lens I should be using when drawing only a character, and it messes up my proportions, since I subconsciously associate the background perspective as well (and usually it's mostly wide-angle/fisheye)

This totally changed my PERSPECTIVE n art

Your delivery style is a huge part of the appeal of your channel for me.
I've been bingeing on art tutorials lately and your presentation is excellent. Nothing zany, not whispering, no verbal static or useless words.
Nothing distracts from exactly what you are trying to demonstrate, which happens to be really good stuff.
As a teacher by trade I really admire the delivery and the content you demonstrate.
Gives me food for thought on my own instruction style. Not to mention my drawings.
Subbed!

The way you draw makes it seem so easy; without construction lines. I'd like a video on that lol.

Freehand skills have leveled up, I see.

the way he draws is so intimidating ._.

Thank you for this video. Sometimes, I feel that my characters don't feel right when I draw them in perspective. I want to improve on that, thank you.
