Hello! Here's a short video showing four very different flavors of the Kibbe Soft Gamine.

I used celebrity examples to show the difference, but these are not the only ways to "do" the Style Key. For example I think Sarah Hyland is a different example for Moonstone SG and Vanessa Hudgens is a different example for Amethyst SG.

This was such a confirmation that I’m a ruby (right down) SG!! The examples you showed were so nice for someone who has a lot of problems finding “crisp” items that are still comfortable and feel “me”. I’ve been a fan of Maisie’s style since I saw that olddd video of hers where she’s like “no one notices if you outfit repeat if you wear a new bright lipstick” but the formulas shes developed are just so appealing and comfortable 😍

Using the Kitchner system in combination with the Kibbe types finally makes sense after this video. It seems like the moonstone key has a classic and ingenue essence, while sapphire is more romantic and dramatic, ruby more natural and typical gamine, while amethyst is more ecletic in shape but has a lot of ethereal/angelic touches.

This is helpful.
I've typed myself as soft gamine. What cemented it was how the recommendations are literal outfits I had in my 20s that I felt so cute in!! 🎉

But I'm a mom now in another stage of life, I am NOT wearing cute tulipskirts in high winter running after my kid he he

I need more relaxed, sportier outfits for everyday - without feeling frumpy in oversized, baggy sport clothes.

Plus a lot of the recommendations are from warmer climates. How do mom soft gamines in Boston winter dress for example? 😂

I'm experimenting with a different format for the Kibbe videos, do you like this format? My only struggle is that there are so few Kibbe-typed celebrities. I've been working on the TR video and there are barely any TR celebrities.

Love this!! So excited to see what's there for TR. Since discovering the Style Key I no longer use Kibbe's system that much to be honest but it's always fun to get some inspo!
