This movie doesn’t deserve any hate. The scene where they fight in the clouds is incredible

I saw this in the theatres as a kid. i dont care what anybody says, this movie is awesome and holds a core memory!

Unlike regular superhero battles, this one feels like an exploration of how trauma is passed down from abusive fathers to sons. It seems like Bruce wins, but does he really? Is the cycle just continuing? Man, this movie was ahead of its time.

Despite all its flaws, this is my favorite depiction of Hulk. He actually felt strong in this movie and looked like he had to try to pick up and throw heavy things. There was weight to it, unlike MCU hulk who felt like a CGI creature bashing other pixels.

honestly this movie had the best depiction of the hulk. it got a lot of unneccesary hate.

"Take it all!"

His father wanted the Hulks power. He got it. All the bottomless rage, pain and fear. The hulk is far more than a gamma powered beast. His father didn't understand what he was truly asking for and paid the price

This movie was ahead of its time by about 10 years.

I loved the way this movie was like a literal moving comic book with the way it depicted the cut out overlay boxes of character expressions. I also really liked the score and the hulk design.

@BroomPusher2024 2 months ago

Thank you for raising the brightness for this cut. The CGI work they put in for David / Absorbing Man was way too cool be portrayed at the darkest hour of the day, lol

@brantfrans8595 2 months ago

I wish this fight was longer and more brutal.

Eric Bana was one of the most underrated Hulks ever. Such a good actor!

@jlhanlon1980 1 month ago

Despite a few historical background changes, the character portrayal of the hulk is the most accurate of any marvel movie thus far.

@GrimmCore541 1 month ago

If this was released today, I know it would be just as popular. What an amazing movie to grow up watching.

I like how General Ross showed remorse when he released the nuke.

@FardinShafi 1 month ago

it was hilarious to me as a kid that this cloud thing turned into a tv screen with recaps like "previously on bruces life...", still is

The scene prior
Father and son sitting on a stage
It's pure theater play
