In this must-watch interview with Dr. Zainab Vora, Dr. Priyal shares her journey to AIR 38 in NEET PG 2026 and the changes she made along the way to improve her preparation.

She started preparing alongside her job and gradually improved her ranks — from around AIR 40,000 in NEET PG 2025 to 10,000 in November INI, 205 in May INI, and finally AIR 38 in NEET PG 2026. She also talks about giving 50+ GTs throughout her preparation and gradually increasing their frequency as the exam approached.

After her May INI rank of 205, she joined CoreBTR and changed her approach towards questions. She completed the CoreBTR QBank, T&Ds, tests and discussions, using them to strengthen her MCQ-solving skills and learn how to approach unfamiliar and lengthy questions.

She shares how difficult questions initially frustrated her, but consistently solving them helped her identify clues and buzzwords and eventually improved the way she approached MCQs in the exam.

She also talks about balancing preparation with a job and the role her family support system played throughout her journey.
