Love the analogy that "the pad man shouldn't feel how hard you're trying to punch, he should just feel how hard the punch is" makes so much sense.

I currently only get to train shadowboxing and these are exactly the lessons I try to learn from it. Great vid!

This is brilliant. I have a long boxing background, but I did train extensively in muay Thai for a year solid (nothing special I know). When people say Muay Thai fighters can't punch😂 absolutely love the Muay matt style, your channel is gold.

how much would you say you have been able to implement all these teachings on fight night? you learn from so many different styles does it tend to be the muay khao golden masters whose tips you remember most?

Hi Sylvie, I'm really interested in the Muay Maht style since I'm built like a tree trunk, I'm all torso. Do you recommend any specific gyms/trainers in Thailand to if I want to focus mostly on this? Thanks for the informative vids! Always killing it!

His attention to detail is impressive and so is yours. good stuff. I’ve had the opportunity to watch and get some pointers from Anuwat train back in the day. A lot of similarities.
