The advantage of using the train for me would be arriving directly to Butterworth (which is a small town in Penang that I have not yet visited) π€©
The main spices in Hat Yai fried chicken is the ketumbar (coriander seeds) and cumin. Maybe the Southern Thai equivalent of the ayam berempah goreng? π€·ββοΈ Just without lemongrass and galanga. Always served with fried shallots for a sweet caramilized note! π€
