One man calls his wife ugly, the other sits with his brothers and son and shows nothing but love and adoration! I know which camp I’m in!

When David Haye said on a podcase that he changed is seat to sit next to Adam, on a ten hour flight to wind him up , says everything about that man. We all love you Adam.❤

I was so proud of Ant and Dec for having your back for what was right ❤xx

I am a therapist, I don’t watch I’m a celebrity, and I’ve never watched this podcast - sorry. As I type this I haven’t seen the final. I saw snippets of headlines and satisfied my curiosity by watching this podcast up to half way before I began typing. I feel compelled to say I’ve seen enough to feel the trauma you experienced (please don’t play down the word trauma). You are a very brave man and I know, from 23 years experience working as a counsellor, that there will be many people who have been, or are still being bullied, watching now knowing that through your bravery that they are not alone.  You have love and support from your brothers and family and that is so precious. What I observe, professionally, is their completely understandable desire to rescue you. Seeing how traumatised you are I urge you to contact a therapist, who won’t rescue you, but who will work alongside you, so you can be at peace with yourself and what happened and find meaning to this awful experience. God bless.

what we need in this country  is 'Zero Tolerance of Bullying'  in school , colleges, workplaces ect .  No one should have to go through this

The love hate thing from David is narcissistic behaviour, keeping you on the hook for the ‘nice’ side. It’s dangerous, and this kind of relationship should be avoided at all costs.

Good on you Adam for calling out what happened, and sharing with others so the feeling confident to do the same.

We’re all so proud of you!

Adam, you are the epitome of "Healthy Masculinity" you are the kind of man we want to be our husband, fathers, brothers, friends! Bullying happens all through our lives, this experience has highlighted how damaging it is for adults too. Thank you for being so brave, vulnerable and honest! I am so thankful that you have the support you do, listen to your brothers and hold your head up high ❤

RATHER BE AN ADAM THAN A DAVID OR JIMMY

Don't ever change Adam! Don't allow jealousy of the weak and cowardly bullies to change you! You have learned some hard life lessons but don't ever change the lovely and funny guy that you are. Me and my family fell in love with your personality on I'm a Celeb 10 years ago and you are still the lovely and funny bloke that you were then, so please don't ever change....this BS will pass and you got you bros, your missus and your kids and a wonderful life so enjoy it!!!

Thats the thing with narcissistic bullies, they can push and push until you break then act the victim once you snap. They deserve every bad press. Adam you are one in a million and they will never ever dull your sparkle. ❤

Love how the 2 bro’s are supporting him- they talk so much sense

Adam seeing you in that final was one of the most heartbreaking things I’ve ever watched in my life! You should have been celebrated because you genuinely deserved it! I was rooting for you since day 1, you were always my winner! Kindness trumps all! Don’t let anyone dull your sparkle.. glad to see you have such a strong support network in your family! Not to mention the bromies 🙌🏻 you’re one of a kind, keep being you!

Adam, you are so loved. You did nothing wrong. ❤

In a world of Davids and Jimmys I hope you have shown young men that it's more than okay to be like Adam.

I hope that in time Adam is able to feel just how much he is loved, admired and respected by the public.

Adam, hun please believe us all when we say you are a different breed to David and Jimmy. You have a soul, morals, empathy, kindness, emotional awareness. No one will ever take that from you, temporarily it might feel like that but its impossible for that to happen. It's you down to the core, these things are in your blood and bones. You are incredible, now go relight that spark. we all got you you cannot fail.  ❣

Well done for highlighting this and admitting that what they did to you was bullying. Whether you are a child or an adult, it is NOT ok.

In a world of Davids be an Adam 💙

A joke (or banter) is only funny (or acceptable) if both parties are laughing.
I’m so sorry you went through this. You and Gemma brought your whole selves to the experience. It’s just a shame some brought themselves along with an agenda. Hold your head up high…a true winner in my opinion ❤

Adam has won at life with his wonderful brothers, friends and gorgeous family ! ❤

I was bullied at school and it ended at therapy after 4 suicidal attempts and with painkillers addiction. It's not worth that much pain. You're the man, Adam! Don't let people decide your life and future 🤗 You know how much you're worth ♥️🤗 Love from Poland 🇵🇱🔥♥️
