It's not arrogance - it's honesty. He's never cared what anyone thought and he speaks his mind. He's got a depth about him that is rare and he's a great actor. I'm glad he's back! He's a survivor!

and through all that he was going through, he never at one time blamed anybody else, easily one of the most humble and honest celebs around

I throughly enjoyed this interview. I thought it was the best most candid interview I've seen him do. He really opened up and touched on a lot of topics with a wide range of answers to sometimes difficult questions. But ,I must say Mickey Rourke never stopped working even during the 90s . I liked Harley Davidson and the Marlborough Man.

Piers Morgan has zero empathy. Rourke just finishes telling him all the damage to his face and two concussions (brain injuries) and says You’re face is such a train wreck. What a creep.

this has been the most inspiring interview i've ever watched. mickey rourke proves if you live your dreams for better or worse that you can turn your life around and find success eventually.

Mickey Rourke is truely a great actor! Angel Heart, Barfly, Bodyheat, Rumble Fish, 91/2 Weeks, Sin City, Once Upon A Time In Mexico, The Pledge, Animal Factory, Spun, The Wrestler, Bullet, Man On Fire etc. Oh, so many great performances! Welcome back, brother!
