Recently, my engine overheated – something I definitely don't need while maneuvering at sea. Today, I'll show you how to remove the heat exchanger on your Perkins Prima M50 and clean it using very simple methods. With vinegar essence, wire, and a little patience, you can remove limescale, sand, and barnacle deposits – without an expensive shipyard visit. I'll also show you how to flush the cooling system with fresh water to remove saltwater. Honest and straightforward, this way you can get a first impression and save yourself a lot of trouble!

Mein Yanmar 40 PS Bj. 2008 Wärmetauscher wurde auf Anfrage und Anraten erst letztes Jahr gewartet, es war fünf vor 12.
Im Manual stehen aber die Intervalle alle drin, ernst nehmen.
Einige unterlassen das und haben dann den Schaden.
Ein bekannter Motor Experte hielt dazu auf der BOOT einen wichtigen Vortrag.
Habt ihr schon mal von dem Tipp gehört, ab und an eine Bromine Tablette in den Salzwasserfilter zu schmeißen? Das soll alles schön sauber halten.
Gerade wieder ein Alu Gehäuse vom Volvo Geschweißt
Besser zum zum konservieren bei längeren standzeiten und zum einwintern Frostschutzmittel /Korrossionsschutz einfüllen indenSeewasserfilter
Beim Wiederstart des Motors lasse ich NIE den Impeller trocken laufen.
Den Seewasserfilter aufzufüllen, bis der Impeller nass wird, ist ja wirklich kein Ding.
