These were the kind of videos I watched when I was debating starting Jiu Jitsu and hopefully this video could encourage someone else to do the same! Also it’s a good way for me to analyse and make improvements on my own performance. Feel free to leave all advice and tips you can think of as I’m still a clueless white belt
