I owned (and broke) that exact Haro Extreme elevated-chainstay frame in the mid-90s! Haro provided a warranty frame that was an aluminum triangle up front with cro-mo rear triangle that was attached using threaded bolt hardware… but it wasn’t the amazing orange/blue color scheme. Wish I’d kept it: never seen another one like that!

The white Kona frame is a super find.

Treasure! A whole rack of it! Love to see it. My mate had a Specialized hardtail in that orange shade when we were kids, probably a stumpy or rockhopper I think though.

Im sooooo mad! in the states seems very easy to find super interesting frames... Here in italy i struggled a lot to find something good. In years of searching (ofc for a good prices too) i found only a speccy rockhopper and a wheeler crossline, last one would be my gravel-monstercross 650b conversion.

I have quite a unique 17 inch Team Marin Frame from 1992 made by the late Tom Teesdale and i dont know what to do with it.
My problem is that the paint on the chainstay is chewed up and it has some surface rust.
Would it be best to only have the paint on the chainstay restored/redone or should I get a professional to paint the whole bike?
I would much prefer the latter as it is a boring black with silver decals and I really like some of the other paint schemes I have seen on some of the other TET Marins out there!
But it would be stupid to do if that would cause the bike to be less collectible 🤔
What would you do and how would you spec it?
