I always thought it was a common fact that all King's works were part of same connected universe and that ALL roads lead to The Dark Tower.

I wanna see the children of the corn ho up against Pennywise.
Pennywise:" I'm the eater of worlds and of children. I'm everything you ever were afraid of!"
Isaac: "And I shall fear no evil for te lord walketh with me. He who walks behind the rows."
Pennywise: "Oh crap."

"King Scholars". Imagine having scholars of your work while you're still alive... Impressive.

I love how like 10% of these are just Stephen King basically reusing the same storylines/themes because he didn’t remember that he already wrote them

To my memory, Tak doesn't feed on emotion.  He does what he does because he wants to recreate his home on Earth, not because he's feeding on anything.  He is far, FAR more destructive and deadly then Pennywise is, considering how offhandedly he slaughtered the entire town of Desperation.  With that said, although I definitely believe Tak has a link to Todash (sp?) space, I think Pennywise is the higher being.  Tak is never described as having any kind of link to the creation of the universe, the higher powers that govern it, or the guardians of the Pillars, even in the multiple parts of the Regulators where we get his direct narrative.  I think he's just a representation of what any creature from the void can do if set loose on Earth.

On the point about all King's stories being connected, it is not odd to see one writer reusing the same things again and again, across multiple books.  What kicks that up a step with King is he picked up all those threads and tied them together in the Dark Tower series.

I just wanna point out... "Character brings up events that didn't happen in that novel" is literally just "the character is old and had a life before your main character met them" 😂 that was kinda silly to say... Like no duh? Everyone you meet mentions events that don't happen while you're together, it's called talking about their past. But also everything is set in main and it's kind of obvious King connected all of his stories in one reality.

The losers club absolutely have the shining. It’s the only reason pennywise couldn’t kill them like he immediately did every other kid he ran across.

"Sometimes They Come Back" is a short story by Stephen King also shared connections, as does Dead Zone and Haven (all of which are tv shows or movie adaptations of the short stories/novellas)

Lol, the turtle picture is actually Terry Pratchett's  Discworld!!

Flagg is also 'the tick tock man' and the 'royal adviser/wizard' named 'Flagg' in eyes of the dragon. and the kingdom of Delain from EotD is where 'Roland' is from in the dark tower

I have a personal theory that Leland gault from needful things is also Randall flag

Charlie's family isn't abusive or religious. It's the SHOP that abuses her. Andy and Vicky are innocent except burnt stuffed bear trauma.

30:30 the thing about the turtle vomiting up the universe is weirdly scientific, you know? I love that. Whenever the mythos includes the universe coming from another living body, it feels so surreal, because that is a thing we witness in real life, the implications are there. If you vomit and you don't clean it up and you leave it there, it changes and all these forces happen to it because your gut biome activates outside of your body. So if we assume everything is exponential, and that the fact that we see tiny organisms with a microscope, means that we have to be microscopic to some larger creature, maybe something expelled a part of its body or stomach or whatever, complete with a tiny amount of microbes attached. And in their microscopic cosmic void, our universe formed, and microbes of the microbes formed traces of life on a few of those particles as they spread into this open void of nothingness.

Our telescopes can only see so far, and as long as we can't see the end of infinity, we can't really see if our entire universe is a blob of quantum atoms inside a bubble in the foam of some vomit some creature spat onto their ground. Because like, the bacteria we look at with a microscope can't see us, unless they develop tools to look far beyond their scope of relativity. And there are theoretical smaller things we still can't see because our microscopes still can't see that far, but theoretically it's very likely to be there, and it's very likely we are the tiny quantum universe underneath some vast beings we can't see.

And I think that's incredible and awesome.. it's not even scary, things that big are on another plane from us, they're so big they can't even harm us. Like you know how Galactis is supposed to be so big he can eat planets? He would still be quantum size to what I'm talking about, virtually another dimension where they can't touch us, but there might be something so big our whole universe is inside of the mold growing on a bite of spat up food. It's just awesome to think about. We can't even fathom... We started looking through microscopes and saw a whole tiny universe... So a universe can be so small to something else.

IIRC Dick is mentioned in Heart Shaped Box too (King's son)

If you check out the spine of some of Kings books 📕 it has a keyhole on it, meaning it is connected to the other books and worlds

The ghosts of the Overlook were not trapped in the ruins. Dick Halloran taught Danny how to trap them within his mind using the Shining when they kept turning up to feed on his power. He keeps them looked in there before unleashing them on the True Knot at the end of the story, although not all of them made it out. Some of the lockboxes he made to trap some of the spirits were empty because there wasn’t anything left of the spirits trapped in those. I say it like it’s multiple, but I think it was just the woman from the tub.

The events of The Mist were likely caused by The Shop's Arrowhead Project. Also The Shop is mentioned in The Stand

24:01  I’ve never read Firestarter but now I just read it so I can catch the connection.  I also feel like Carrie is a teenage version of Matilda from the book by Ronald Dahl.

I mean, if your gonna be creating dozens of movies, you might as well have them all canon to eachother right? 😂
