George wrote great music God be with you George RIP

He was my favourite Beatle. I admire him for being genuine. He had lovely personality and  quiet nature

I remember something about him being attacked and stabbed by an intruder at Friar Park.

I remember being a kid in 1968 when my oldest brother John brought home the Beatles White album, I remember all us siblings in my brother’s room listening to it over and over. I was 8 years old, I was never allowed to touch anything in my brothers room but I was grateful that he let his kid brother in his room. What great memories but I just realized that I’ve outlived one of my childhood heroes. I was so shocked and sad when I heard George passed away. I give a lot of credit to George’s influence on my which turned me towards picking up a guitar. But yeah watching this I realize I have outlived George by 10 years. It’s difficult to wrap my head around how I have lived ten years longer than my idol growing up, a man I had great admiration for. Obviously I was too young to have seen the Beatles live and I don’t even know if they ever played in Canada or not but those 4 guys from Liverpool, England had such a huge influence on a family that lived in a small village in northern, Ontario. I doubt any of them knew this place even existed but w e definitely knew they existed. It’s incredible the impact their music has had on the world.

George was my idol he was a great guitar player

He was lovely. I loved his jungle voice

My life was blessed by his existence. Can't say it any other way.

I have requested "Here comes the sun" to be played at my funeral. I think that says it all!

George, my favorite Beatle, has left us with a profound sense of spirituality that encourages us to reflect on eternal life. Like Einstein, he believed that we transition from our physical bodies to a different dimension of peace and tranquility. We will always miss you, George. Thank you for your music and your contributions to the world of music.

I can't believe that he was only 58!  Lung cancer took a lot of my family.

The most important thing is finding peace. Thats what counts in life! Now an English Estate would do that for me❤

Though I love all of The Beatles music, I think Harrison was the most highly skilled musician.

George Harrison did not pass away in Friarpark. He passed away in Los Angelos in one of Paul McCartney's homes.

Humble beginnings makes for a person of character, depth, and dimension.  George was a complex person. His music reflects that.

I love George Harrison's strength, courage, and his light-heartedness through his challenges in life.  Wrote amazing songs and his spiritual being.🕉

My solicetor , had offices a few hundred yards , from the entrance of Friars Park , , though I never saw George around town , or meet him , I see Carl Perkins , just walking around town , one day , and said hello , and he was so friendly just enjoying the laid back vibes of town , I said to him , I would have loved to get his autograph , but did nt have pen or paper , and he said hold on I ve got this in my jacket pocket , would this do , it was his flight arrival card for heathrow airport london , with his name / signature , date of birth on / profestion , which he had filled in as entertainer , and the iceing on the cake , to the question of where he was staying in the  uk , he had filled in FRIARS PARK . George certainly had a great taste in special friends ,to stay , for sure !
