I'm promising myself from now on i will not doom scroll ever again , but i felt worried a little bit before promising myself because of two reasons
First it's a social place and i have been thought to not say what im doing with my life but i tried to come through it cos i think nobody in this place even knows who i am so nobody would care about it

And the second thing is actually the thing that I'm promising because of, i felt like i won't be able to do it because I've failed countless times but i want to do my best to not fail this time

I discovered your channel today, and I already like it.Personally, I quit social media when I was younger because I was addicted to scrolling. I came back five years later with a completely different mindset. During that time, I realized I had a lot of potential. I discovered hobbies that genuinely made me happy, grew closer to the people I love, and realized that life outside of my phone is so much better. I also started consuming more long-form content not just digitally, but by reading entire books, debating and reading in a foreign language I'm learning. Thanks for making content like this.
