Defining the HVAC for a Green Star Buildings v1.0 reference project is slow. These HVAC templates go beyond the standard EnergyPlus templates, which were built mainly for ASHRAE 90.1. If you have already built a J1V3 model, the fabric reference is settled, and the templates get you about 80% of the way to the reference building.
