What I do with a newly received fief is focus on courthouse (if it's a different culture from mine) or masons for faster build speed. After those are maxed it's just a matter of maxing everything else.

You can expand your settlements so much, even Armees of 2k soldiers dont even try to attack it

I think you mayve forgotten the garisson wages. They are a horrible burden on any settlement, so, what I usually do is I calculate the amount of gold I'm earning wo the garrison wages deduction, then, if im earning too little, i slide the garrison wage slider ov3r in the clan parties menu, until the wages are lesser than the total earnings.
Yeah, garrisson troops will desert, but after your wages settle in and u upgrade your income buildings, you can always restock the garrison

The new version has changed the building, no courthouse

Security can kinda be neglected as having a garrison will decrease the amount of money u get anyway. I only have garrison in unsafe parts of the map like direct front lines.

I’ve been playing this game for years. And this was helpful.

Right now I’m at 260 trade. Aiming for that crispy 300 perk.

Also gave ya some hype points. 👍

Update buy workshops, they give great trade exp, caravans don’t.

You need to do an updated version of this, 1.5 has different fief management now

There is a mod where you can give food to town. And another where you can buy estate, land in villages.
Can be lil overpoered.

When i want to hire a companion from the same culture as the town so he can be the governor it says that the relation isn’t enough. And when i want to do tasks for him so the relation raises. He says i can’t bother you with that. i want to be bothered !

How to have more food during a siege I have never had more than like 10 days worth ever

Вам следует поработать над произношением. Перевод с английского не правильно переводит из-за произношения. Fief переводит как thief и т.д.

My problem has always been- “wow I got elected a new fief, time to start building”

Enemy 1500 strong army at the gates while my allied armies runs to siege a castle: 🫪🗿
