Instead of plain water, make a tea with hibiscus (can use a tea bag), fresh rosemary, bay leaf, peppermint, and cloves. Freeze any excess. Tea degrades quickly so don’t hesitate to throw out and make fresh. This will moisturize your hair. Massage into your scalp also. This encourages growth and decreases shedding.

Thank you for sharing this video. I admire your courage and willingness to share your journey with fellow sisters who have a similar hair type. I have a strong conviction about wearing my hair naturally. However, many of the videos reflect hair types that are not similar to my hair type and that can be a challenge. Your video came up on my feed today, I believe it was divine. You are an inspiration, keep up the excellent work! You are gorgeous so your hair off your face is perfect.
Your hair ends don't seem to behave as if they're splitting but I'm way over here being amazed at your outstanding routine.
Thank you for being a role model by "overcoming the fear".
My middle son needs PRP treatment because he just wears caps (called slapps, maybe?) all the time now which has worsened alopecia.

You did a wonderful job! I love how light and easy it looks. You look great with them up or down. It doesn’t look messy at all. I love it! This is what I’m aiming for as I’m growing my hair out. For now I’ll be doing this with yarn.

My hair is weird. The top half of my hair is fine and 4b and the back and sides are 4c but it is not dense, so you can see the parts. You did a good job. Your hair is very pretty. 😊
