Regarding the drinks - every satnd offers at lest sugar packs to sweeten your drink as you like it, some wine stands also offer not only sugar but also cutted orranges,lemons, dry apples or spices - YOU FINLIZE YOUR HOT DRINKS BY YOUR SELVELS...!
And also everybody knows that you can NOT expect the highest quality of anything on those markets...
For quality go to farmers markets - for example to Náplavka (river bank by old railway bridge) with 90 stands every saturday since 8:00
