I've lived in Prague for over 30 years and have never been to Havelska Koruna. After seeing your video I have made it my mission to visit it and some of the other places you've mentioned. Glad you liked the food and the beer !

Regarding Potato Salad, in Czech Republic iti s something like Carbonara for Italians. Every family has its own recipe and they will all tell you their is the best.
It is similar for the potato pancake that you had, some peopel do not put in garlic at all, other even put meat in it. Lot's of same foods can differe from household to household.
For almost all you had those are like "Default" versions. Also RC cola is not really our thing, they jsut sell it here, if you come again and want to try actualy tradionalt czech soft drink then get Kofola.
Still glad you mostly enjoyed our cuisine!

However..  i miss Svíčková, Duck with dumplings and cabbage( one special is duck filled with all of these).

The potato pancake can be delicious, but saldy it can be hard to find good one. The best ones are really thin so you get a lot of crispy edges but sadly quite often they make them thin and completely soak them in oil to the point that you can't taste anything else. Otherwise it was nice seeing you enjoy Czech food. 😊
