Jerry could be at Walmart simply grabbing produce and I’d listen to what’s in his bag.

Knowing the idols of your favourite musicians is also important in creating your musical imagination

Jerry is on a very short list for "Nicest, most down to earth rockers."

Jerry has laid down some of the heaviest, dirtiest and sludgiest riffs of all time and the fact that Elton John inspired him to take up music and how he pushes himself to make something that could be compared to the Beatles is just beyond cool to me. Jerry is just the coolest dude

One of the most underrated musicians going. Not just a great guitarist but a brilliant lyricist too.

Wow, best “In my Bag” yet...not once did he attempt to be cool, he just went with what was pivotal for him and his journey...

(Which is why Alice In Chains Facelift&Dirt would be in my bag)

My mom played “Rumors” so often in the 70’s that I STILL don’t wanna hear it today

I like the fact that Jerry didn’t try to be obscure. He bought the albums that he likes, and didn’t go for the Cliché, elitist albums that nobody has heard of. I read people for a living, and it’s clear that Jerry Cantrell is a genuine, down to earth, nice guy. I want this candles!!

Jerry should do his own internet radio station-talk about tours, interview people and play the best music

You’ll notice that every Seattle bands of the early 90s were huge Beatle fans. I think that’s what made that era so special. They mixed punk with melody
