Btw, that winter-summer shutter at 15:40 is actually meant to stay put in summer, as indicated by the sun on the summer side of it, so that it will block the hot engine air from entering the carburetor. In extremely cold temperatures (below 8C), flipping it over and installing it upside-down will help prevent carburetor icing.
