What did Pastor Bob Joyce actually say about Elvis Presley? Millions of people believe the Arkansas pastor is Elvis in disguise, but very few have looked at his own statements. In this video we go through his church's official page, his 2017 and 2018 statements, the timeline of his life, and the record of Elvis's death, and we answer the question most videos skip.

Watch to the end to hear the part of his 2018 answer that is not a denial, and the one date from his own life story that sits uncomfortably next to the Elvis timeline.

In this video:
Who Pastor Bob Joyce is, according to his church's own records
How a small church in Benton, Arkansas became the center of a worldwide rumor
What believers point to: the voice, the look, and the small details

The age gap: Elvis was born January 8, 1935 and Bob Joyce on June 19, 1952, about 17 years apart
What happened on August 16, 1977, and what faking it would have required
Why a voice comparison is far weaker evidence than people think

Premier Christian News, May 4, 2018: "Pastor believed to be Elvis Presley by fans refutes claims"

Note: Bob Joyce is a real person, a pastor and musician, and he has said publicly that he is not Elvis Presley. This video is a respectful, source-based look at an internet rumor, not an attack on him or his congregation. Claims we could not verify, such as the rumor about him attending Lisa Marie Presley's funeral, are labeled as unverified.
