Not a Beatles expert, but I heard that the meaning behind I Am The Walrus is that John Lennon wrote it to fuck with people

Barbados is in the  Caribbean, completely unrelated to either China or Japan, so that line is exponentially more confusing.

Blustre, big glasses ok

you should do a video on songs where the feature ruins the song.

The Beatles’ Walrus lyrics aren’t supposed to make sense lol. They come from John Lennon being annoyed by people who over analyze their lyrics and him wanting to make a song that’ll give those people an aneurysm

10:00 spaghetti is the name of the pasta. The dish is called something different. Often that name may follow the naming scheme "Spaghetti [name of the sauce]". Other types of pasta have different names. Calling a dish that contains penne "spaghetti" is like calling a normal sandwich a burger.

Just wait until he discovers kpop english lyics

2:51 I think the line is like “he’s no longer Spongebob [Square]pants. He’s Spongebob [Big Guy]pants. Ok.”

3:23 "spongebob wears big guy pants now, ok?" is what id imagine the full sentence to be

11:42 “I am the Walrus” was literally written as a joke to make fun of people who would scour their lyrics to find deeper meaning that isn’t actually there

The point was that they’d make some bullshit up that makes zero sense then see people argue about what it “means”

oh god, i thought the lyric in eldest daughter was "and we learned fire" as in, "learned to protect ourselves", because this at least makes sense in the context of that line (doesn't have anything to do with eldest daughter syndrome but that's a whole different thing)

I really like the idea of Blustre having to look through pictures of "Pregnant Chains" for multiple minutes.

it really amazes me that the spongebob movies have the LEAST kid-friendly artists work on them, first tyga whos one of the biggest onlyfans models and made a song about having intercourse with an underage girl, and then the first person most people nowadays think of when it comes to twerking

7:04 let's also address the fact that he seemingly thinks that Kung Fu is a person? Or like a state of being? instead of a martial art

"check it out,
I'm in the house like carpet
[...]"

truly a work of art

3:58 don’t you dare compare her to my king Yuno

"I Want It That Way" was written by Swedish producer Max Martin, along with Britney's "....Baby One More Time". I know in Britney's case, Max Martin kind of mixed up American slang so the lyrics are supposed to be asking her ex "give me a sign [that you're still into me] hit me up baby one more time". Which is why some of his massive late 90s/early 00s hits lyrically sound a little funny.

5:22 ...Does he think "Kung Fu" is a guy? ...And Barbados isn't even in Asia.

8:45 bro spaghetti is a specific pasta shape just like bow tie or macaroni or cavatapi

"BANANA BANANA TERRACOTTA PIE"
This is sung by the same guy who wrote probably my favourite individual line in music
