"Birdlike, lives in the mountain, humanoid mountain warrior"
Forrest: "It's a shark!"

I would've NEVER thought a man named FORREST would know so much about the ocean. Well done sir

Yep.  There's a story of a diver that was suddenly grabbed by several Humbolt Squid at the same time, and the started dragging him down.  He was, fortunately, able to win free of them before he got TOO deep, but it was enough to scare the pee out of him.

I feel like Tengu would make more sense if it was referenced as a proboscis monkey rather than a goblin shark

Tengu were Power Ranger villains. You can't fool me.

Love your vids. Keep it up!

So that's how Jinbei got his name

How can you mix up the tengu with a sea creature if its from the forest rivers, lakes and ponds of Japan?

The first one almost looks like a sturgeon with lots of teeth

I would like to see more content in the same category 🙌🏻

You're amazing man !

2:04 Do you think the blood vessels had ruptured because of the pressure difference raising it to the surface? Like the significant decrease in pressure caused them to expand and pop so thats why there's so much blood visible under the skin?

Okay, 2nd video and had to subscribe!  Very interesting!  Excellent presentation.   Keep up the good work!

You do great work

Angel Sharks, like rays and Skate, also have very particular shaped mouths, and when held upright, would look like a mouth and eyes

Absolutely love this series!

This is one of the coolest videos Ive seen in years

This was great, thank you!
