These videos are awesome. I am perhaps not quite in the target audience but I am finding these very helpful. I started diving about two years ago at the age of 25 and at this point it's not really feasible to get instruction of this level of detail, at least not where I live. Coaches aren't taking adult divers very seriously. Not that I am complaining, I'm grateful to get any coaching at all at this age.

I was dismayed to find that there are hardly any instructions on YouTube etc. either despite there being plenty on gymnastics skills and the like. I was overjoyed to have stumbled across this channel and just wanted to thank you for putting these up and express a hope that more will follow.
