Mary has been unsuccessful for weeks learning a reverse dive. She watched me use hands on spotting with a smaller diver. Mary asked if I'd be able to spot her. After many jumps to get our timing right we were ready to do the dive. This all took place in one practice. Great effort and patients by both of us went into this practice and we didn't go for it until we were good and ready! THIS IS NOT USED BY ANYONE OTHER THEN AN EXPERIENCED, PATIENT COACH.
