− Ingredients
・Your choice of ingredients
・40g butter
・3 tbsp flour
・400ml water
・600ml milk
・4 consommé cubes (or 22g powdered consommé)
・Salt and pepper, to taste
− Instructions
・Stir-fry the ingredients in butter until cooked through.
・Mix in the flour, then add the water, 600ml milk, and consommé.
・Season with salt and pepper to taste.
