Almost makes you wonder if somebodys deep pockets kept him out of trouble. It wouldn't be the first time that a sports team owner/promoter paid to keep the top star out of jail or prison due to the fact the loss of revenue would be detrimental to the team or promotion. Sad part is if he was a common person he probably would've gone to prison way back then

Some people want to be confess, maybe not be caught or held accountable, but they feel a need to open up about something. Subconciously, something inside of Snuka knew he needed to fess up and I think that's why he mentioned the suitcase in his book. Well, either that, or the dementia was kicking in and that's the reason he put it in there.
Had the book been published by WWE, that shit would not have been in there.

I NEVER KNEW  JIMMY SNUKA HAD MARRIED GINO HERNANDEZ'S  MOTHER AND HE WAS  ACTUALLY  GINO HERNANDEZ'S STEP FATHER.

On the OJ thing, his pension could not be forfeited in a civil suit.  So when his only income is from his pension, the family gets nothing.  It's the same with police when they kill someone.  As for Snuka, since that wasn't the case for him, I don't know how he didn't have his wages garnished unless he was paid under the table and there was no paper trial of money.
