Shout out to the viewers getting recommended this on August 13 lol
Edit: Holy shit guys, the video is about to reach 1 million views.  Reading all your insights on this recording the past few days has been insane.  And thanks to you guys, a Lafayette, Louisiana radio station (97.3 The Dawg) recently published an article on this call. They further elaborate any details that I didn't include in the video. Thanks again, I appreciate y'all.

“If I killed myself I’d miss the next Batman movie”
The summary of a psychopath in one sentence.

Someone who doesn't try hard to pretend he's psychopathic are the real deal psychopaths. This dude was 100% telling the truth

I once gave a lift to a guy late at night and he was all like... arent you afraid that I could be a serial killing psychopath? I said nah, the chances of two serial killing psychopaths in the same van are pretty slim, I laughed and he didnt.

You can just tell this man is being serious.  There’s an eerie tone in his voice that is very telling.

"You haven't killed any prostitutes?"
"No, I never said my name was Ed."
Phew, glad we got that cleared up.

He wouldn't kill himself because he wants to watch the next batman movie, which means he watched Batman and Robin and enjoyed it enough to want a sequel. He really is a monster.

Don’t particularly like Howard Stern, but man, he nailed this. Getting this guy to feel comfortable while getting as much information from him as possible was seriously impressive

The guy who joked and said "It was you"  remembers who he said that to.

That awkward moment when you're more offended to be called 'Ed' than accused of killing prostitutes.

It's a bad time to be named Ed.

This "Clay" fella actually comes across as a well mannered and very friendly guy.....THAT is what makes him so dangerous

"Do you have any tattoos?"
"No, I wouldn't do that to myself"
Well, I guess everyone has their limits.

You'd think his voice could be recognised by someone who knew him. I'd know regardless of any name provided that the voice was someone I knew.

"If I kill myself I´ll miss the next batman movie" the fact that he answered like that, and so quickly, shows he´s really telling the truth. Insane.

The guy called in because he's frustrated at the cops not figuring anything out. He needs recognition and excitement. He regrets not leaving clues like he always wanted to. He's asking to be caught in a way

"If I killed myself I'd miss the next Batman movie."

The most recent Batman movie released before the call was Batman & Robin. Surprised he didn't kill himself after watching that travesty.

3 Psychopaths having a conversation

The scary part about this is the fact that people like Clay live among us. We probably cross paths with them everyday and NEVER realize it

There's something about "Clay's" tone and delivery that makes this seem like an authentic serial killer confession.

The way they handled it so calmly keeping him on the line and gathering info was CRAZY bro..
