That handsome man at the Hoist pull working is me!  my 2 seconds of fame!  🤩🤩

Great effort Mark! Also great to see all the obstacles. I'm doing my first Spartan Super this Sunday at London West...forewarned is forearmed ;-)

Makes me wish Krypton Factor and Gladiators were still going!

Damn, those exposed tube ends at 3:23 should definitely be capped off. That’d make for a pretty nasty ouch

Great video, very informative. I’m doing my first tough mudder next month and depending how that goes, may attempt the spartan next year!

Brilliant! I couldn't remember what a lot of them were called. Great. Well done mate!

Cheers Mark love the vids.... very helpful as im doing my first in August 2020 (if everything's back to normal that is).... watching these makes me want to do them more now...respect 💪👊

Comment for the algorithm

I did my first Super 1 or two years before you in the same place and hot conditions. I bonked near the end that’s how hard it was; those hills were insane. Don’t think a beast at a different location will be much harder. Doing one in August to put that theory to the test!

Well done. Looks bloody hard

I'm planning on doing this next year. Bricking myself as not the fittest or strongest man around. But gonna give it a bloody good go. Good luck in your Beast. I'll be cheering you on from my training (prob my sofa)

Well done hard course I do two laps of it every year and aroo aroo

Well done Mark😌 Delighted for...................Your Kids 😤😤😤😤😤
Tony.

ahh, lovely race! have a look at the race we had in Austria... climbing up the mountains till 2000m.

I like the barb wire crawl here WAY more than the one I did. There was no grass, it was all rock 😐

Given me a very good insight as start my first trifecta in April at the south East sprint can't wait mark

I recently ran my first ever ocr spartan sprint and did 240 burpees )

Doing this on Sunday and I’ve only ever done 10k once in my life 😂 should be fun!

Hey mark
What shoes do you recommend?
I’m looking at inov8 mudtalon or trailtalon but wil they be too aggressive? Did you get much mud?

Great video, very informative. I’m doing my first tough mudder next month and depending how that goes, may attempt the spartan next year!
