Im pretty sure vanilla ice was the main demographic for this movie

“Words of wisdom - drop that zero and get with the hero.”

Truly the greatest line of dialogue in movie history.

Both The Room and this movie have protagonists named Johnny who dress eccentrically and behave as if they aren’t actual humans

No matter how lame you think you are, watching vanilla ice be a completely non self aware doofus in this movie should make you feel 100 times better

Fun fact: the actress who played Kathy in this film also starred in Home Alone as Heather McCallister

"Drop the zero and get with the hero."

Now Vanilla Ice fixes houses on TV.

Watching this reminds of when I was a kid and was in the record store at the mall with a Vanilla Ice cassette in hand. I was waiting for my mom to come so she could buy it for me, but doing so in such a shifty fashion that a pack of teenagers also in the store thought I was about to steal it and loudly told the cashier. Then my mom came showed up and everyone was embarrassed. ~35 years later, I'm embarrassed for all of it.

"Imagine every morning, somebody's dirty fingers shoving something cold and wet into your mouth."
I just love the way he describes it.

Can we all just stop and take a look at the tagline on the movie poster - "When a girl has a heart of stone, there's only one way to melt it. Just add Ice."

….What the hell does that mean? Ice doesn't melt things, it freezes them. HOW DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ICE???

The cinematographer for this movie also worked on Schindler's list and Saving private ryan lol

Two Time Oscar winner and Steven Spielberg‘s personal cinematographer, Janusz Kaminski, shot this film. It was one of the first films he ever shot and one of his main signatures is that he loves working with natural lighting. Which makes sense in something like AI or Ready Player One but NOT HERE! XD

Angles are still cool though lol

Beard is looking chill, yo. One could say you look...cool...as...ice?

All 90s houses were smokey all the time.

I’m shocked it didn’t sweep the Oscars

I think it's funny that, in the jump-scenes, they didn't even try to hide that they swapped the big Motorbike for a Motorcross-one.

I laugh when Ice walks up to Cat's door and gives it ONE knock, then stands back like someone is supposed to answer that sh*t.

And they do.

Vanilla Ice looks like some kind of clothing elemental.

I remember it was heavily promoted in the early 90's but quickly went straight to home video.

Vanilla Ice is the late 80s and early 90s Jake Paul
